Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job specifications for non-IT roles.
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates for further rounds.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on candidate status.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiations and onboarding coordination.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment metrics.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated with industry trends and best recruitment practices for non-IT roles.
Support employer branding activities and participate in job fairs or recruitment events as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (1-2 years) in recruiting for non-IT positions.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and candidate sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
Good negotiation and decision-making skills.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
