HR Recruiter -- Non-IT Recruitment

Salary: ?12,000 - ?20,000 per month

Location: Commerce House 3, Vastrapur, Ahmedabad

Employment Type: Full-time (Monday to Saturday , 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter who will handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across functions such as production, quality, maintenance, supply chain, logistics, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand hiring requirements for various non-IT positions

Develop and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and other platforms

Source and screen candidates through databases, references, and networking

Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical/functional rounds

Manage candidate records and recruitment trackers

Coordinate interview schedules, feedback, and offer rollouts

Support onboarding and induction activities when required

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of non-IT roles (manufacturing/operations setup)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong sourcing and headhunting skills

Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment/job portals

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in HR/Management or related field

6 months to 1 year of experience in non-IT recruitment (manufacturing industry preferred)
