Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter - Non-IT with strong exposure to end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing industries. The candidate should be well-versed in sourcing, screening, and coordinating hiring activities until successful joining.
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: Min 2 to 4 yrs experience in end to end recruitment for Non-IT / Manufacturing Industries.
Work location: Mira road in Mumbai
Job type: Full time & work from Office only
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles in manufacturing and allied industries
Source candidate profiles using job portals, databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess suitability
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
Follow up with candidates through offer rollout, documentation, and joining activities
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Ensure smooth communication between candidates and internal stakeholders
Meet hiring timelines and recruitment targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in non-IT recruitment, specifically in the manufacturing sector
Strong knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques
Experience in profile screening, preliminary interviews, and interview scheduling
Good understanding of offer negotiation and joining formalities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements
Willingness to work from Mira Road, Mumbai location
