Job Title: HR Recruiter - (Non-IT Engineering Recruitment)

Position Summary

We are seeking an

HR Recruiter specializing in Non-IT engineering roles

to manage end-to-end recruitment for

mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, production, EPC, and project engineering positions

. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring to ensure timely fulfillment of technical manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage

end-to-end recruitment

for engineering and technical roles Understand technical job descriptions and manpower requirements Source candidates through

portals, LinkedIn, headhunting, references, campus drives

Screen resumes for

technical fit, experience, and qualifications

Conduct telephonic/virtual interviews and shortlist suitable profiles Coordinate interviews with

technical panels and hiring managers

Handle

salary negotiation, offer roll-out, and documentation

Maintain recruitment dashboards, MIS, and candidate database Support

mass/bulk recruitment for project or plant requirements

Build strong

talent pipelines

for ongoing and future projects Ensure recruitment compliance with

HR policies and statutory norms

Required Skills & Competencies

Experience hiring for

Non-IT engineering roles

(Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Maintenance, Projects, QA/QC, Production, EHS etc.) Strong understanding of

technical job requirements

Hands-on experience with

Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.

Excellent

communication and coordination skills

Ability to work under tight timelines and multiple mandates Strong screening, evaluation, and negotiation skills Proficiency in

MS Excel, ATS, and email communicationQualification & Experience

Graduate or Postgraduate (

MBA HR preferred

)

2-6 years' experience

in Non-IT / Engineering recruitment Experience in

manufacturing/EPC/Oil & Gas/Power/Cement/Infrastructure

preferred
