Key Responsibilities
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for non-IT roles
Understand client or internal hiring requirements clearly
Source candidates through
job portals, social media, referrals, and databases
Screen resumes and conduct
initial HR interviews
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Follow up with candidates until
offer acceptance & joining
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Ensure a smooth
candidate experience
Support HR documentation if required (offer letters, joining formalities)
Required Skills
Strong
