Design and implement effective recruiting strategies tailored for non-IT positions.
Candidate Sourcing:
Utilize databases, social media platforms, employee referrals, and job fairs to identify potential candidates.
Resume Screening:
Review and shortlist resumes by matching relevant skills, experience, and role-specific keywords.
Interviewing:
Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' technical knowledge, work experience, and soft skills.
Candidate Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases, and compliance documentation.
Requires achieving monthly and quarterly hiring targets while ensuring timely closure of open positions.
