The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities for non-IT roles across departments such as sales, marketing, finance, operations, customer service, and more. You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and help the organization attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for non-technical positions (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
Source candidates through various channels such as job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.), LinkedIn, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
Screen resumes and applications based on job requirements.
Conduct telephonic or video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews with department heads and gather feedback.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Negotiate salary and close offers in coordination with HR policies.
Maintain candidate data and recruitment metrics for reporting and analysis.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
Participate in job fairs, campus hiring drives, and recruitment events.
