Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various technical positions.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Handle candidate interviews and maintain a smooth hiring process.
Desired Skills:
Bachelors/Masters Degree in HR or related field
1-4 years of experience in non-IT recruitment.
Familiar with recruiting tools (Shine, Naukri, etc.)
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of various non-IT roles and technologies is a plus
