Job Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end
recruitment activities
for shipyard roles.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for technical and non-technical positions.
Coordinate interviews, assessments, and onboarding.
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment databases.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs.
Ensure timely closures of open positions.
Support HR team in related activities when required.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of
recruitment experience
(shipyard/marine industry experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of recruitment channels, portals, and sourcing strategies.
Ability to recruit for skilled, technical, and specialized shipyard roles.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, proactive, and target-driven.
