we are looking for a talented and experienced hr recruiter to join our team. the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques, as well as exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. the hr recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for a variety of positions within the organization.
key responsibilities:

• develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

• review resumes and job applications, and conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and qualifications.

• conduct reference checks and background investigations for selected candidates. o coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• facilitate the hiring process by negotiating job offers and assisting with the onboarding process.

• build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate experience.

• participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities as needed.

• provide timely and accurate reports on recruitment metrics and other relevant data.

qualifications:

• bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

• 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

• strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.

• excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations.

• proficient in microsoft office and experience with applicant tracking systems.

• demonstrated ability to meet recruitment targets and timelines.
