As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented HR Recruiter to join our team. Job Overview: As an HR Recruiter at Intellisolvers, you will play a critical role in attracting top talent. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
- Extend job offers and negotiate salary and benefits packages.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
