We (Agranika Techlabs LLP) are a tech startup company, looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter who has an idea about recruitment and staffing. Responsibilities Responsible for the recruitment cycle right from searching/sourcing and screening resumes to Short-listing candidates, coordinating, & conducting interviews Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the Organization. Involved in Employee engagement activities. Responsible for Onboarding and joining formalities. Documentation, maintaining the employee database, joiners report, etc Source profile using various recruitment portals like Naukri, Shine, Monster, and Linkedin Good communication skills. Experience Required 1-3 Years Salary Range As per Industry Standards Location: Gr. Noida
