You have complete control over the employment, hiring process, and firing process. Ensure that all selection, screening, and hiring processes are carried out in line with all relevant laws and regulations. Examine resumes and curriculum vitae, and supervise the hiring process for candidates\xe2\x80\x94from contract negotiations to interview preparation. Candidates should possess: human resources or hiring expertise of at least one year. excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making abilities, solid knowledge of Microsoft and knowledge of job boards and computers. Experience conducting successful in-person, video, email, and phone interviews. Bachelor\'s degree (or an equivalent qualification) Increasing proficiency with recruitment strategies a desire to advance professionally through networking and opportunities for further education.
