Urgently hiring for HR Recruiters (Domestic)
Exp- 3 months to 2 years
Location- Work from Home (till pandemic) else Noida

Immediate joiner Requirement-
- Excellent Communication Skill
- Designing and updating job descriptions
- Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels, professional platforms and job portals
- Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
- Screening resumes and application forms
- Performing in-person, video and phone interviews with candidates as per requirements.
- Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, and job boards.
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
- Perform End to End Recruitment
- Must have experience in Staffing, and permanent hire roles.
