Role Description : This is a full-time on-site role for a HR Recruiter at Andwill in Kolkata. As a HR Recruiter, your day-to-day tasks will involve sourcing , training and recruiting candidates, conducting interviews, selecting and hiring new employees, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for maintaining employee records and assisting with various HR processes.

Qualifications : Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and organizational skills Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices Experience in HR or recruitment is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field ,Proficiency in MS Office tools.
