Designing and updating job descriptions.
Crafting emails for attracting passive candidates.
Performing recruitment activities: Sourcing potential candidates using various online platforms or on social media like LinkedIn, Updazz, etc.
Calling and screening candidates on phone, short-list & call suitable candidates for discussion.
Interviewing candidates via various mediums (e.g., in-person, phone, video)
Preparing and distributing aptitude test.
Advertising jobs on careers pages, job board and social media.
Sending job offer and recruiting emails, and also answering queries related to compensation and benefits.
Monitoring HR metrics (e.g. source of hire, time- to- hire and time-to-fill, etc.)
Collaborating with management for identifying future staffing needs.
Handling on boarding, documentation, employee background verification, Joining formalities, Exit formalities, Induction, Mailing.
