We are currently seeking an experienced HR recruiter to join our team . As an HR recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet our client\'s hiring needs. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify their staffing needs and understand job requirements
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks
- Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidates\' qualifications and fit for specific roles
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including resume screening, conducting interviews, and coordinating with candidates for further assessments
- Build and maintain a strong candidate network by proactively engaging with potential candidates and maintaining relationships with existing candidates
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure effective talent acquisition strategies
