Job Description
Responsibilities:
- End to End Recruitment cycle.
- Understanding the job requirement.
- Sourcing and shortlisting quality profiles from various Job portals like Naukri, Shine, through reference and Network.
- Scheduling the candidates as per the client requirement.
- Co-ordination with the candidates and client for arranging interviews.
- Following up with the candidate until Joining.
- Maintaining the database of all the candidates.
- Building professional relationship with clients and candidates to enhance the network.
- Day shift
- Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
