Role Overview

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle - from job posting to candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. You will play a key role in identifying the right talent, maintaining a strong candidate pipeline, and ensuring smooth hiring operations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

Create, update, and maintain job descriptions for different roles within the organization.

Post job openings on portals such as Apna, Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.

Source and engage candidates through online channels, networking, and referrals.

Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidate suitability.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with managers and department heads.

Mantain candidate databases and recruitment trackers for reporting purposes.

Build strong employer branding through social media postings and online engagement.

Collaborate with managers to forecast and plan future hiring need

Job Requirements

Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.

Experience: 1 year to 3 years in recruitment

Strong communication skills in English and local languages.

Ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

Good knowledge of online job portals .

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for report and presentation preparation.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage both candidates and property owners.

High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
