Roles & Responsibilities
Understand the hiring needs of R&D teams.
Prepare and post job openings on job portals and social media.
Search, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates.
Call candidates, explain job roles, and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with department heads for interview rounds.
Assist in onboarding new employees and completing documents.
Maintain candidate databases and daily recruitment reports.
Support HR team in basic admin and HR activities.
Skills Required
Good communication skills.
Comfortable calling candidates and explaining job details.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
Ability to understand technical job roles.
Organized, positive attitude, and willing to learn.
