We are looking for an HR Recruiter who can help us find the right people for different roles in our company. The person will take care of the hiring process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand job requirements from managers.
Search and find suitable candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Call and screen candidates to check their skills and interest.
Schedule interviews with the hiring team.
Coordinate the joining process of selected candidates.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
Skills Required:
Good communication and people-handling skills.
Ability to identify and select the right talent.
Basic knowledge of job portals and hiring methods.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Qualification:
Master's degree (HR or management background preferred).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
