Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating hiring decisions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, people-focused and passionate about finding the right talent to drive our company forward.
Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
Share Recruitment Requisition Form with hiring managers and initiate the hiring process upon completion.
Draft and post job descriptions on various job boards, portals and social media platforms.
Source and attract candidates through databases, social platforms, professional networks,and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
Maintain and update MIS data with accurate candidate and hiring status information.
Respond to employee referral bonus-related emails and ensure timely communication.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Represent the company at job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and other hiring events.
Other Responsibilities:
Support the HR department in all other tasks assigned by management as necessary.
Qualifications:
Proven work experience (2-4+ years) as HR Recruiter.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and labour laws.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
