Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities: Filling positions within an organization. Sourcing the candidates through different portals. using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline. Screening candidates by conducting telephonic interviews or by personal interviews. Developing own network of suitable candidates. Drafting and posting job descriptions. Networking with various institutions and social media. Understanding the hiring requirements of hiring managers. Attracting candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks. Reviewing resumes and screening candidates. Conduct interviews via phone & shortlist for face-to-face round. Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions. Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews. Serve as a contact person for questions from candidates. Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices. Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails.
