Job Description
We are looking for a Recruiter to become part of our Human Resources department - In house.JOB LOCATIONGhatkoper (West) around 10 mins of walk in distance from Ghatkoper station. / Job Responsibilities
- Screening candidate profiles from various job portals and identifying candidates
- Email blast on various portals at regular intervals for sourcing interested candidates
- Calling the candidates for face to face interviews
- Reminder calls for candidates to ensure they come for interviews at allotted time
- Interacting with candidates when they come for interview and introducing them to Head HR for interviews
- Assisting with documentation of new joinees in the system Candidate
- Minimum HSC Passed
- Good interpersonal skills along with good English communication ability.
- Someone who can work independently and is confident about their decision making ability
