Job Profile Summary
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven
HR Recruiter
to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates, and closing positions within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Handle complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing to joining
Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other platforms
Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and schedule interviews
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements
Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records
Follow up with shortlisted candidates for interviews and joining
Manage offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding formalities
Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per company requirements
Build a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs
Skills & Competencies Required
Strong knowledge of
recruitment processes and hiring strategies
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines
Experience with job portals and social recruiting platforms
Good coordination and follow-up skills
Knowledge of basic HR documentation and onboarding
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Result-oriented and self-motivated attitude
Preferred Candidate Profile
Minimum 3+ years of experience as an HR Recruiter
Experience in manufacturing, paints, or industrial sector preferred
Ability to handle bulk and lateral hiring
