We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven
HR Recruiter
with experience in
IT and Non-IT recruitment
. The recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end hiring, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and onboarding support. The role requires strong communication skills, target-driven hiring ability, and hands-on experience with multiple hiring platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for
IT and Non-IT positions
Source candidates through
job portals, social media, referrals, and databases
Screen resumes and conduct
initial HR interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and timelines
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and interviewers
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements
Negotiate salary, release offers, and follow up till joining
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring reports
Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
1 year of experience in IT & Non-IT recruitment
Strong understanding of
recruitment lifecycle
Experience working on
job portals
(Naukri, Apna, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Good knowledge of IT roles (developers, testers, support, etc.) and Non-IT roles (sales, operations, finance, HR, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a
target-driven and fast-paced environment
Good negotiation and follow-up skills
Proficiency in
MS Excel
and basic reporting
