Key Responsibilities
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for IT & Non-IT positions
Understand client hiring requirements and job specifications
Source candidates through
job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interviews with clients and internal teams
Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
Follow up with candidates and ensure timely closures
Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements
Ensure a positive candidate experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience as an
HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive
Hands-on experience with
job portals
(Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of
recruitment life cycle
Ability to work under deadlines and targets
Proficiency in
MS Excel, MS Word, and ATS/CRM tools
