Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter with minimum 1 year of experience to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level positions

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment trackers

Share regular recruitment status reports with the HR team

Ensure a smooth candidate onboarding process

Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring cycle

Required Skills:

Good knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring techniques

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to screen resumes and assess candidate suitability

Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)

Basic knowledge of HR policies and documentation

Good organizational and time-management skills

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or any related field

Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR role

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):

Experience in bulk hiring or IT/Non-IT recruitment

Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking System)

Basic understanding of payroll or HR operations

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
