Key Responsibilities:
Advertise openings on job portals and social media.
Shortlist candidates and collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
Find candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and talent mapping; manage employer branding initiatives.
Write job descriptions, screen resumes, conduct interviews (phone, video, in-person), and assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
Manage the full cycle in the ATS, from posting to offer letters and background checks.
Track recruitment metrics to analyze and improve hiring effectiveness and efficiency.

Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software
