An HR Recruiter for a Digital Marketing Agency finds specialized talent (SEO, Content, PPC, Social Media) for marketing roles, acting as a bridge between agencies needing experts and professionals seeking growth, using industry knowledge to match skills with company needs for roles like SEO Strategists, copywriters and Digital Marketing Managers helping agencies scale with the right digital expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to write job ads for current openings
Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn)
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
Coordinate with hiring managers for feedback
Maintain recruitment trackers and daily reports
Build a strong candidate pipeline for bulk and lateral hiring
Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates
Requirements
Good English communication
In-depth understanding of
recruitment processes
and job roles.
Proficiency in sourcing through
job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks
.
Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines effectively.
Ability to handle bulk hiring
Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
