Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates

Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews

Coordinate interviews with clients/department heads

Maintain candidate records and follow up on joining

Handle offer letters and documentation

Requirements

:

Graduation/MBA in HR

0-2 years of experience (Freshers can also apply)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of recruitment process and job portals.

Salary:

?10,000 - ?12,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
