Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Freshers and making them to join our Internship program on different domain
Hiring for IT roles: Developers, Designers, Digital Marketing, BDE, Interns, etc.
Use job portals ( LinkedIn, Indeed, Internshala, college, Institute, facebook , instagram) for sourcing for Freshers
Coordinate walk-ins and convince them to join our paid Internship
Maintaining candidate database and HR reports, college data, make new connection for gathering new data
We deal in Internship training for Fresher candidates so need to call and convince fresher candidate to join
Requirements
6 months - 2 years experience in HR Recruitment Freshers (IT hiring preferred)
Strong communication, coordination skills and convincing skills
Good understanding of hiring tools and job portals
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and complete monthly goal and target
Having laptop will be advantage
