Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle: understanding job requirements, sourcing candidates, screening profiles, scheduling interviews, and closing positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.
Conduct telephonic and initial HR screening to evaluate candidates' suitability.
Coordinate and follow up with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
Maintain recruitment reports and update candidate databases regularly.
Ensure timely closure of assigned positions with quality candidates.
Build strong professional relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
1 to 2 years of experience
in
Non-IT & IT recruitment
.
Strong knowledge of job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple positions and deliver under timelines.
Consultancy recruitment experience will be considered an added advantage.
