Talent acquisition:
Oversee the entire hiring process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees.
Employee relations:
Manage employee grievances, conduct disciplinary procedures, and foster positive relationships.
Compliance and policy:
Ensure the organization complies with all labor laws and company policies; develop and update HR policies as needed.
Performance management:
Oversee employee performance reviews and provide guidance for improvement.
Training and development:
Coordinate and facilitate programs for employee growth and development.
Compensation and benefits:
Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
Record keeping:
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and databases.
Strategic support:
Work with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's objectives.
Required skills and qualifications
A strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
Proficiency in HR software and systems for record-keeping and payroll.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
