Manage the full recruitment life cycle (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding).
Understand job descriptions and coordinate with hiring managers for requirement clarification.
Source candidates through portals, referrals, social media, and professional networks.
Conduct initial HR screening to evaluate candidate suitability.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and reports.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and panel members.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process for a smooth experience.
Manage offer letters, negotiation, and joining formalities.
Maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
Support HR activities such as employee engagement, documentation, and other HR operations when needed.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role (preferred).
Strong understanding of recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under deadlines.
Good understanding of HR processes and hiring trends.
