We are expanding our HR & Talent Acquisition team and looking for a proactive
HR Recruiter
who can help us hire top talent and strengthen our internal team.
Key Responsibilities Acquisition & Recruitment
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various technical & non-technical roles.
Use platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Cutshort, and internal databases.
Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate candidates for skill fit, culture fit, and communication.
Coordinate technical interviews with internal teams and clients.
Maintain a strong pipeline of developers (React, Java, MERN, Angular, Full Stack, QA, DevOps, PM, etc.).
Ensure timely follow-ups, feedback communication, and closure of positions.
Hiring Operations
Draft job descriptions, job posts, and hiring workflows.
Manage candidate timelines, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
Maintain accurate hiring data in ATS/Excel/CRM.
Collaborate with Operations & Sales to understand ongoing staffing requirements.
Employee Engagement & HR Support
Support onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
Assist in maintaining HR policies, attendance, and compliance records.
Help organize internal events, reviews, and employee engagement activities.
Process Improvement
Contribute ideas to streamline recruitment processes.
Track hiring metrics and share weekly reports with the HR Manager / Founder.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
Experience with IT recruitment (preferable).
Hands-on with LinkedIn, Naukri, and sourcing techniques.
Basic understanding of software technologies (React, Java, MERN, etc.).
Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work under timelines and handle multiple positions at once.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Preferred Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in IT or technical recruitment (freshers with a strong interest may also apply).
Experience in hiring for staff augmentation or software agencies.
Understanding of US/UK hiring formats (bonus).
