Role Overview



We are looking for a

proactive and passionate HR Recruiter

to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is excited to take ownership of key HR functions -- including

talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and culture building

.

You'll play a critical role in attracting and retaining top talent across

Business Development, Faculty, Sales, Video Production,

and more.

Key Responsibilities


Recruitment & Talent Acquisition



Use modern HR tools and innovative hiring strategies to drive efficient, scalable recruitment. Source, screen, and conduct HR rounds for candidates across BDEs, Faculty, Sales, and Video roles. Manage job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, etc.) to build a strong talent pipeline. Coordinate with department heads for technical and final round interviews.

Onboarding & Induction



Design and implement smooth onboarding experiences to ensure new hires feel welcomed and ready. Prepare offer letters, contracts, and maintain all employee records.

Employee Engagement & Retention



Plan and execute engagement initiatives to build a motivated and collaborative workplace culture. Gather feedback regularly and improve the overall employee experience.

Compliance & HR Operations



Ensure all HR policies are compliant with labor laws and regularly updated. Manage employee grievances, disciplinary procedures, and exit processes professionally.

Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). 1-3 years of HR experience (experience in startups or EdTech is a plus). Proven ability in bulk and role-specific hiring, especially for Sales and Academic roles. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. High adaptability and enthusiasm to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Passion for education and alignment with Arivihan's mission.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
