About the Role:

We're looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter with prior experience in BPO or bulk hiring to join our team at Xtrim Global Solutions. You'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for international sales and support roles.

Key Responsibilities

:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO/non-technical roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media.
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interview schedules.
- Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future openings.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment reports and trackers.

Requirements

:
- 1 - 3 years of experience in BPO hiring or bulk recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools such as Naukri, Indeed, or LinkedIn.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?27,000.00 per month
