Job Description

Understand manpower requirements from various departments and prepare job descriptions. Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, campus drives, and internal databases. Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and shortlist candidates. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment trackers regularly. Manage onboarding processes -- offer letters, joining formalities, and induction coordination. Build a strong employer brand by ensuring a positive candidate experience. Work on internal HR projects such as talent mapping, recruitment reports, and workforce planning. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
