Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and shortlist candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment trackers regularly.
Manage onboarding processes -- offer letters, joining formalities, and induction coordination.
Build a strong employer brand by ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Work on internal HR projects such as talent mapping, recruitment reports, and workforce planning.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
