Assist in end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
Source candidates through job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.), referrals, and social media.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Support onboarding and documentation processes.
Assist HR team in day-to-day operations and engagement activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or any relevant field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong interest in HR and recruitment processes.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and online job portals.
Positive attitude, learning mindset, and good organizational skills.
