1 : Recruiter (Female Candidate Preferred)

Company: Finsen Ritter Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India

Experience: 1-3 years

1.1 Key Responsibilities:

Understand manpower requirements from various departments and develop hiring strategies.

Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and references.

Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews, and shortlist candidates.

Coordinate interviews and act as a point of contact between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers for efficient hiring.

Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates with proper documentation.

Deliver a positive candidate experience and promote employer branding.

1.2 Qualifications:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

1-3 years of proven experience in recruitment (preferably in engineering/EPC/manufacturing industry).

Proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of HR operations and policies will be an added advantage.

1.3 Additional Requirements:

Female candidate preferred.

Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements under tight timelines.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful in problem-solving.

Strong coordination skills with internal teams and external candidates.
