Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment. The role involves sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates to meet business requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and attract candidates through job portals, networking, and referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. 0-3 years of recruitment experience (freshers with good communication can apply). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
