We are looking for a dedicated recruiter to join our HR team in hiring and filling job openings. The responsibilities of a recruiter include working on hiring mandates, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews, coordinating Joings, On Boarding and assisting HR Manager in day to day operations.
A successful recruiter should have excellent interpersonal skills, should be organized and detail-oriented, remains up-to-date with employment legislature, and remain informed in company hiring. A good recruiter should be able to assess candidates' skills, experience, and relevant knowledge and compare them to job requirements.
