Hiring a fresher HR Recruiter to assist in tech hiring and HR operations with basic IT knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in
end-to-end recruitment
for technical roles (e.g., developers, testers, system admins).
Understand job requirements, including technical skills like programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
Source and screen candidates based on technical job descriptions.
Schedule and coordinate
technical interviews
, coding rounds, and panel discussions.
Communicate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and feedback.
Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate status in ATS/Excel sheets.
Help onboard new hires and support other HR operations like documentation and induction.
Maintain employee records and assist with HR database management.
Participate in organizing
employee engagement
and training programs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources
,
IT
,
Computer Science
, or a related field.
0 to 6 months of experience in HR, recruitment, or related internship (technical recruitment preferred).
Basic understanding of
IT terminologies
like Java, Python, SQL, .NET, APIs, etc.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (especially Excel and Outlook).
Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Internship or coursework in technical recruitment or IT HR.
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Basic knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) or IT project roles is a plus
