Key Responsibilities:
? Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, define candidate profiles, and develop recruitment strategies.
? Post job openings on job boards, social media, and company websites.
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, resume databases).
? Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
? Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
?Manage offer process including salary negotiations and pre-employment requirements.
? Track and report key recruitment metrics
