Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Proven experience as a recruiter, either in-house or at a staffing agency.
Familiarity with sourcing techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, define candidate profiles, and develop recruitment strategies.
Post job openings on job boards, social media, and company websites.
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, resume databases).
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
Manage offer process including salary negotiations and pre-employment requirements.
Track and report key recruitment metrics
