Job Summary:



We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to join our growing Human Resources team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our recruitment efforts by assisting with various stages of the hiring process. Key Responsibilities:



Sourcing Support:

Assist Talent Acquisition Specialists/Managers in identifying potential candidates using various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards (Naukri, Indeed), social media, and internal databases. Conduct initial research to identify target companies, industries, and candidate profiles. Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate information.

Candidate Engagement & Coordination:

Initiate contact with potential candidates via email, LinkedIn InMail, or phone to assess initial interest and gather basic information. Schedule interviews, assessments, and follow-up meetings between candidates and hiring managers/interviewers. Send interview confirmations, reminders, and calendar invites to all stakeholders. Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and professional support throughout the recruitment process.

Administrative Support:

Assist with posting job advertisements on various job boards, company careers page, and social media platforms. Support the screening process by reviewing resumes for basic qualifications and formatting. Prepare and organize recruitment-related documentation, such as offer letters, background check forms, and new hire paperwork. Assist in maintaining recruitment reports and metrics, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement. Coordinate logistics for recruitment events, career fairs, or campus drives (if applicable).

Market Research:

Conduct basic market research on industry trends, competitor talent pools, and compensation benchmarks to inform recruitment strategies. Gather feedback from candidates and hiring managers to help optimize recruitment processes.

Collaboration:

Work closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and priorities. Collaborate with the HR Operations team for seamless onboarding of new hires.

Qualifications:



Education:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Experience:

[Specify desired experience, e.g., 0-2 years] of experience in an HR support role, recruitment coordination, or a similar administrative function. Fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.

Skills:

Basic understanding of the recruitment process and various sourcing methods. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanor. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new software. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus. Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn about talent acquisition. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
