Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
Create and post job descriptions on various job boards and platforms.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Provide feedback to candidates and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Track recruiting metrics and generate reports to measure hiring success.
