Key Responsibilities:

Developing Recruitment Strategies:

Creating and implementing effective plans to attract qualified candidates through various channels.

Sourcing Candidates:

Utilizing online channels, social media, professional networks, and job boards to identify potential candidates.

Screening Applications:

Reviewing resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for specific roles.

Conducting Interviews:

Performing phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Managing the Recruitment Process:

Guiding candidates through the entire hiring process, from initial application to job offer, and providing regular updates.

Collaborating with Hiring Managers:

Working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment process.

Negotiating Job Offers:

Communicating job offers, negotiating salaries and benefits, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

Maintaining Candidate Records:

Keeping accurate records of candidate information, recruitment activities, and applicant tracking systems.

Building Employer Brand:

Promoting the company's employer brand and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Skills Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with candidates and hiring managers.

Ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.

Making sound judgments when evaluating candidates and negotiating offers.

Managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
