Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle for IT and technical roles
Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through job boards, referrals, and direct sourcing
Communicate effectively with hiring managers to understand requirements
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate candidate assessments
Leverage sales skills to influence candidates and close offers
Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in IT/technical recruitment
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, etc.)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Sales experience or demonstrated ability to influence and engage candidates
Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets
