  • Manage the recruitment and selection process in coordination with HOD.
  • Coordination in Time office management, attendance & leave register.
  • Assist in timely completion & submission of Payroll of all employees.
  • Monthly & Yearly Statutory Compliances are compiled.
  • Processing of full and final settlement of exited employees.
  • Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
  • Participating & submitting all the required HR Documents.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  • Involve in implementation of performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Monthly attendance monitoring and closing for smooth payroll processing.
  • Submission of PF & ESIC challan on time.
  • Enroll new employees by issuing forms and applications and updating in Human Resource information system.
  • Conduct induction drive for new joiners and an Exit interview for resigned employees
  • Updating Leave policy as and when required and Preparing leave data for monthly payroll
  • Explaining policy benefits to the employees and supporting them with their claims and queries
  • Preparing various kinds of HR reports like Attrition, Manpower Cost, Cost Analysis
  • Administration of Payroll and financial grievances
  • MIS reporting, attendance, and leave management.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 920,000.00 - 930,000.00 per month Schedule:
  • Morning shift
  • Night shift
  • Rotational shift
Supplemental pay types:
  • Yearly bonus
